SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- Saudi Arabia
- Selected international destinations
3. Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a total value of $200 USD or more (after discounts and before taxes).
Orders below $200 USD will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
RETURNS POLICY (STRICT 7–14 DAYS)
1. Return Window
- Saudi Arabia orders: 7 days from delivery
- International orders: 14 days from delivery
Returns requested outside this window cannot be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Free from wear, damage, dirt, or sweat
- Complete with all accessories and tags
Items failing inspection will be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened fitness/personal products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Gift cards
- Customized products

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo inspection. If the item does not meet eligibility requirements, the return will be denied and the item may be sent back.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
The bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the posting.
EXCHANGES POLICY
1. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of defect/damage
2. Exchanges for Size or Color Issues
Allowed under these conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- No signs of wear, sweat, or damage
- Tags and accessories intact
Customers cover return shipping fees for size/color exchanges.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Used or worn products
- Items with missing packaging, accessories, or tags
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Fitness items removed from protective packaging

REFUNDS POLICY (MODERATE & SAFE)
1. When Refunds Are Given
Refunds may be issued when:
- The returned item meets all eligibility requirements
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- A requested exchange is unavailable (e.g., out of stock)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
2. Refund Processing Time
- 5–10 business days after item inspection
- Additional time may be required by banks or card providers
3. Non-Refundable Charges

- Return shipping fees (unless item was defective)
- Customs duties or import taxes
Partial refunds may apply if the item is not returned in acceptable condition.
